hey everyone,
i have been trying to animate in flash with the poses Lucie drew from the storyboard. the problem i have come across is rigging a psd file. Does anyone know if their is an efficient was to do that? i have been talking to other groups to see how they might approach it:
1. redraw the characters in flash for easy rigging
2. on the photoshop files each limb is on a separate layer thus so it is easy to rig
3. traditionally animate in Flash
Those seem like the obvious solutions but maybe we can vectorize the image in photoshop or illustrator and just copy it in already as a vector file. I'll give it a shot.
ReplyDeleteI feel like redrawing the characters is easy enough. I was planning on doing so anyway for the line weight.
